Hello, my name is Yufang Lin. I am from China, but I live in Florida now. I came into the United States two years ago. At present I work with my family in a Chinese Restaurant. When I'm not at work, I read some books, and sometimes I listen to the radio. When I came here, I found my English was so poor. Therefore, I want to improve it. I believe after I take the course, I will be able to communicate with other people much more easily. Meanwhile, I can learn a lot of things I didn't know before.
There are many differences between China and the United States. For example, the food is absolutely different. When I was in China, we didn't use so much sauce in the dishes, maybe partly because I lived in a small village in China, so we made our meals very simply.
Sincerely,
Yufanglin
