I'm a girl who is crazy about mountains (see for yourself here). I have never climbed yet but it is my dream and I hope I can fulfill it. I dream about taking part in a real expedition with all the equipment and everything. Moreover I like doing sports; particularly jogging, swimming, ice-skating and skiing. (Now I am very sad -- because of my exams I couldn't go skiing this holidays.) <<-- This is me during my last ski trip. I don't have my skis on in the picture but I swear that I was skiing. |
This is me and my brother last summer in Kaprun. It was the first time I had ever been skiing in August. Before that, I thought this would be impossible. As you can see, my brother is very willing to ski :-) I hope he changes his mind in the future because my all family loves to ski except him.
Besides doing sports I like listening to music and spending time with my friends with whom I do stupid, sometimes very stupid things. Now what I hate - I hate READING BOOKS particularly suggested reading.

I have an almost four year-old brother who is very funny and likes helping me do my homework (I love it). There is an age gap between us of 16 years and sometimes I am treated as his mother. He is very lively so we don't need to have any pets because he is like a pet. <<-- Nurek - this means a diver in English - This is my brother during his bath. He can combine in a wonderful way summer and winter in one bathroom because he loves diving in ski goggles and with a lifebelt. |
I'm a new student of economics and I had my first lectures Monday (5.10.98). I was a little bit anxious about that but it doesn't matter because studies are said to be wonderful (I mean everything except learning).
I want to take this kind of language course because I want to become a citizen of the global village. I want to meet people and make new friendships. Besides, English For Internet is a new way of learning language which seems to me a combination of learning and pleasure. So I am taking this course because I want to and I believe that I will get some benefit from it. I think I will improve my English because somehow I will not be aware of my learning. It will be a fun for me, a pleasure.
I have a web browser but I have a problem with downloading software. I don't know a lot about computers and until now I'm not able to solve my problem. I don't know what is wrong but while I'm downloading, after about an hour after the beginning of the installation there is an announcement about the time limit and everything is stopped. If you could help me somehow I'd be very grateful to you. (Perhaps I'll get required software by e-mail but I'm not sure)
Now I cannot tell you about the times I am free to take this course because I don't know my schedule, but the best time for me to meet is Thursday evening.
