Concept: CHANGE TEXT and BACKGROUND COLOR for the entire page

Explanation:

• Colors for background and text are given in sets of six hexadecimal digits: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F. For example, black is the smallest hexadecimal value #000000 and white is the largest #FFFFFF. Changes to any of the 6 values will result in display of different colors.

• First, you'll have to find a color you want the background changed to. Be sure to select a color that will display your default text (black). If you can't read the text you'll have to change its color too.
• Text and Background for the whole page are set in the BODY tag by setting 'attributes'. The attributes are BGCOLOR="#..." and TEXT="#..." . Where you see ... you place the hexadecimal number for the color you select.
• The TEXT attribute changes the text display color for the entire text. You can also use the FONT tag to change text color for just the text between <FONT COLOR="..."> and </FONT> tags
