Concept: How to change font size

Explanation:

You can change the size of a font by bracketing it in <FONT SIZE=" .."> .. </FONT> tags.
Like any such tag, you bracket the text you want changed within the tags.
The size of font is increased or decreased plus or minus one or two.
Inside the parentheses, acceptable values are "+1", "+2", "-1", or "-2"

What's coming: We're almost to step 10 now. All we have left is to learn how easy it is to draw lines and center objects.
